Philosophy & Objective
Our program provides a supportive academic and athletic environment for the students involved by teaching life skills including time management, the importance of collaboration, responsibility, and community engagement. Overall, the goal of Howell Varsity Pompon is to serve as positive role models and ambassadors of Howell High School and the sport of pompon.

Howell Varsity Pompon is recognized as a Varsity Sport, affiliated with the Howell High School Athletic Department.

Team Members & Tryouts
Team members are selected for their exceptional performance skills, outstanding showmanship, work ethic, character, and academic good standing. Howell Varsity Pompon represents Howell High School at all Home Varsity Football and Basketball games, as well as a variety of community celebrations.

Howell Varsity Pompon requires a significant time commitment, high level of dedication, and should be considered a top priority of team members. Howell Varsity Pompon team members must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and abide by the Howell Varsity Pompon Team Handbook
